Northern Colorado Home Show Guide: Oct 23–25 in Loveland

The Northern Colorado Home Show is back at The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland, October 23–25, 2026. Admission and parking are free, and you’ll find local and national home improvement companies under one roof. A little planning helps you make the most of it.

• Friday, October 23: 12 pm – 6 pm
• Saturday, October 24: 10 am – 5 pm
• Sunday, October 25: 11 am – 4 pm

The Ranch Events Complex, 5280 Arena Cir, Loveland, CO 80538. It’s an easy drive from Fort Collins, Greeley, Windsor, Johnstown, Berthoud and Longmont.

1. Reserve your free ticket first

Grab your free ticket on Eventbrite so you can walk right in.

2. Make a short project list

Write down the two or three projects you’re most serious about, whether that’s a new roof, replacement windows, a furnace, a finished basement or a kitchen remodel. Check the exhibitor list as companies are announced.

3. Bring photos, measurements and a recent utility bill

Photos of the space and rough measurements help exhibitors give you real ideas and pricing. A recent gas or electric bill is useful when you talk about windows, insulation, HVAC or solar.

4. Ask everyone the same questions

Ask about licensing and insurance, warranties, timelines and exactly what’s included in the price. Asking each company the same questions makes quotes much easier to compare.

5. Look for show-only specials

Many exhibitors offer deals that are only good at the show. Ask what’s available and how long it lasts.

6. Follow up while it’s fresh

Snap a photo of booth signs or grab business cards, then book in-home estimates with the companies that stood out.
